Technical data

• Main centre roll is Chrome plated with mirror finish surface grinding and provided with oscillating doctor
• Centre roll is steam heated to get surface temperature of 140 degrees Celsius
• Two nos. touch roll with Glossmeter coating are provided with roll cooling system along with pneumatic
  loading/unloading system.
• Two nos. touch roll with Glossmeter coating are provided with roll cooling system along with pneumatic
  loading/unloading system.
• All 3 rolls are provided with VFD drive along with motor, gear box and operating panel
• Calender can be operated on machine or offline machine
• Suitable for speeds from 50-500mpm
