The Coater is designed in house for better coating application on board and paper The Board / paper supported by backing roll and coating applicator. Roll Is kept at the bottom at distance to get even coating application and metering excess material by metering rod, hydraulic pressure between backing roll and board metering rod arrangement is made in such an angle so that even coating is scrapped Coat weight can be increased or decreased by adjusting air pressure of bello provided below rod bed.
